The biggest downside is not having your Online Fitness Coaching personally present with you during your workout session. So if you don’t know how to do an exercise correctly, how do you manage it?.

We bridge this gap by sharing workout videos or exercise tutorial videos to show you exactly how you are supposed to do a particular exercise. And then, you can share partial videos of your workouts with your coach to know whether you performed those exercises correctly.

Another potential downside that is common in both personal and OFC is the inability to continue with the coaching for a short time due to some unforeseen problems, emergencies, an upcoming vacation, etc. We have a way to work around this too.
